／一家饮品店也可以是个博物馆／走入店铺最打眼的莫过于自来世界各地旅客留下来的满墙的涂鸦。店主是一对日本夫妇，来到暹粒开店一年零五个月，整个店铺的墙身都写满了全球来客的涂鸦，店主说他知道现在他是TA的第一名，有好多人慕名而来（得意样）。我跟他介绍美食林，专门评选全球适合中国人口味的餐厅，我跟他说他们的店也是美食林的上榜餐厅，大概十分钟后，店主跑来淘气的跟我说他已经下载了携程的APP了 ，可惜美食林针对华人境外旅游使用，没有英文和日文版本。我留意到它们的饮品吸管是木质的，店主说是竹子，大惊。他继续展示他们用的杯子底座都有循环♻️再生的印记，店内所用的材料都是环保物料，店主说眼看到暹粒食肆林立确垃圾成山，感觉很无奈，每天早上他都会去自发扫街清洁，令我感触好多，我们做的远远不够。绵绵冰是最多人慕名而试的，我吃了组合型和红肉火龙果，火龙果味道比较淡，但是芒果和百香果非常天，绵绵冰刨得比较绵软，外面比较淡，中间部分有炼乳。
